Incorporated Body Application

The Parkes Early Childhood Centre is an Incorporated Body. At least one parent/ guardian of each child attending this Child Care Centre must belong to this Incorporated Body. To belong to the Incorporated Body, please fill out the top section of the form on the reverse of this letter. At the AGM or the next Management Committee meeting two (2) current members will fill out the lower section of the form to complete your nomination.

 

There is an Annual Fee of $10.00 per family. As well, any non-parent members of the Management Committee and the Social and Fund-Raising Sub­Committee must be a current member of the Incorporated body to enjoy voting rights at Committee meetings.
